Ahead of the forthcoming elections, the Ebonyi State Governor, David Umahi, has declared that there was no division within the ranks of the South East Peoples Democratic Party, PDP.

Umahi, who is the chairman of the South East Governor’s Forum, made the declaration at Iboko, headquarters of Izzi Local Government Area during the flag off of PDP campaign in the council.
The governor also insisted that the party would win all the positions in the state.
Umahi urged the people to vote for all the candidates of the party during the forthcoming general elections.

He said: “There is no division in PDP in South East, South East is PDP and PDP is South East. Vote for all PDP candidates.

The governor pledged to commence the construction of the Abakaliki ring road by March.

“The same people who caused the delay are today coming to ask you to vote for them. We will commence the road by March and will do more projects for you,” he said.
